MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 7-93 Municipal Order Authorizing and Directing the Mayor To Enter into an Amended and Restated Agreement with Daviess County Providing for the Disposal of the City's Solid Waste. WHEREAS, Daviess County has entered into an agreement with the City of Henderson, Kentucky, dated March 1, 1993, providing for an exchange of solid waste landfill space between the City of Henderson's solid waste landfill and Daviess County's contained solid waste landfill; and WHEREAS, due to the exercise of state regulatory authority over the County's solid waste operations and a material change in circumstances affecting both parties, the parties desire to amend and restate their June 16, 1992, agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF OWENSBORO, KENTUCKY, AS FOLLOWS: |
