§ 8-23. Authorization for implementation, maintenance and funding of 911 service.

The mayor, on behalf of the city, is authorized and directed to execute a letter of intent, lease, and service agreement providing for the implementation, maintenance and funding of enhanced 911 emergency telephone service for the benefit of the citizens of Owensboro, which documents and agreements are attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
