§ 16-254. Penalties.

(a)

A secondary metals recycler who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor and be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00); and each such violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

A secondary metals recycler may have his or her license revoked or forfeited to the city for any violation of this article.
